RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return and Exchange Policy

Cliftonsurgical.com will gladly accept the return and exchange of new, unused, and undamaged merchandise within 2 days from the delivery date. Returns after day 2 till day 5 are subject to a 30% restocking fee. 

The returned merchandise must be in its original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase, as well as the original documentation and packaging, otherwise, the return will not be honored.

No Items will be exchanged or returned once the warranty is stamped.

You must obtain a Return For Inspection (RFI) number from Cliftonsurgical.com before returning the merchandise. We will not accept any returned merchandise without an RFI number. Contact customercare@cliftonsurgical.com to obtain an RFI number.

Returns must be shipped via a prepaid traceable carrier, such as UPS or FedEx, TCS, or Leopard. In case of loss or damage, the customer is liable.

Gifts with purchase- free or discounted items shipped as promotional gifts with purchase must be returned along with the qualifying item in the original condition as described in the standard return policy. The retail value of the gifts with purchases not returned with the qualifying item will be deducted from the refund or credit amount.
